Day 61
Its the 61st day!!!!!!!! of the indefinite hunger strike by Satyagrahis and Members of ACT led by Dawa Lepcha and Tenzing Gyatso Lepcha. Dawa is back at STNM hospital and the rest continue their relay hunger strike at BL House.
Two months is a long time to go on a hunger strike. Its history in Sikkim and something which one would never heard of. 2 months without any food is quite a question in one's mind !!!! While much politics has been played between the proponents of Dams and the people who oppose it, its time that the people concerned should try and break the impasse and bring about a meaningful dialogue. Instead of accusations and pinpointing, a good debate should be intended on the subject between both the sides as it is a matter that concerns all the people of Sikkim.
Much water has flown after all..............................................
