The protest to save Dzongu the holy land of the Lepchas and the rich biodiversity of the area has also spread to the Lepchas living in Illam, Eastern Nepal bordering Darjeeling District.

They participated in the hunger strike in Darjeeling recently and we would like to thank them for their concern.
